Thomas STACE (1893-1979?)

Thomas Archie STACE,¹ son of Thomas STACE (1868?- ) and Fanny Sarah WHITING (1869-1924?), was born on 18 December 1893 in Putney, Surrey.^1,2 He appeared in the census on 31 March 1901 in Putney, London aged 7.¹ The address was: 22 Sefton Street, Putney, London. He appeared in the census on 2 April 1911 in Putney aged 17.³ The address was: 54 Sefton Street, Putney, London. On 14 March 1915 he lived in Putney.⁴ The address was: 11 Floss Street, Putney, London. On 14 March 1915 he was a Labourer.⁴ He married Maud GANNON on 14 March 1915 in Putney when he was 21 and she was 18. The marriage was witnessed by Henry Gannon and Alice Gannon. The ceremony was conducted by T. Ernest Smith.^4,5 The address was: St. John's Church, Putney, London. He died on 19 October 1979 (estimated) in Putney aged 86.⁶ He was cremated on 26 October 1979 in Putney.⁷
