Susan STEPHENS,¹ daughter of William STEPHENS (1861-1957) and Catherine Amelia KIMBERLEY (1866-1944), was born in August 1884 (estimated) in Putney, Surrey.^1,2,3 She was baptised on 21 September 1884 in Putney. The ceremony was conducted by Walter E. Smith.² On 21 September 1884 she lived in Putney.² The address was: 2 Carlton Cottages, Putney, Surrey. She appeared in the census on 5 April 1891 in Putney, London aged 6.¹ The address was: 10 Biggs Row, Putney, London. She appeared in the census on 31 March 1901 in Paddington, London aged 17.⁴ The address was: 34 Lancaster Gate, Paddington, London. On 31 March 1901 she was a Kitchen Maid.⁴ She died.
