Catherine Amelia STEPHENS,¹ daughter of William STEPHENS (1861-1957) and Catherine Amelia KIMBERLEY (1866-1944), was born Q2 1888 in Putney, Surrey.^1,2 She was baptised on 13 April 1890 in Putney, London.
