Albert CHANDLER,¹ son of Henry CHANDLER (1825?-1906) and Mary Ann CURTIS (1825?-1891), was born Q1 1862 in Pembury, Kent.^1,2 He appeared in the census on 2 April 1871 in Pembury aged 9.¹ The address was: High Street, Pembury, Kent. He was described as Imbecile on 5 April 1891.⁴
