Ellen PELLING,¹ daughter of George Edward PELLING (1863?-1934) and Georgeina Ellen ROUGH (1862-1932), was born Q3 1894 in Wandsworth, London.^1,2 She appeared in the census on 31 March 1901 in Wandsworth aged 6.¹ The address was: 29 Malva Road, Wandsworth, London.
