Henry STEPHENS,¹ son of Henry STEPHENS (1830?-1906) and Martha Elizabeth GRAY (1838?-1915), was born in 1858 (calculated) in Putney, Surrey.¹ He appeared in the census on 7 April 1861 in Putney aged 2.¹ The address was: Lower Common, Putney, Surrey. He died on 7 June 1862 (estimated) aged 3.² He was buried on 14 June 1862 in Putney aged 3.²
